They're ok but not as good as a full mudguard. I find my arse to be fairly dry but my 'inner arse'/thigh area to be clammy. I can't tell, however, if it's the Ass Saver channeling water back under my saddle, or whether I just notice it more now my arse itself is dry...
Still, definitely worth having one on you in case of emergency, if nothing else!

I walked through the bike paddock at the end of the San Remo this year and can 100% confirm they are using them.. was amazed they are UCI certified.

I have one and love it, though annoyingly the design struggles with fizik and brooks saddles. The only ones I use. If they did a slightly wider one for Brooks I would buy it in a heartbeat.
Does nothing for the chap sitting on your back wheel though

I have one, works ok if the ground is damp, but if its really wet on the floor i find that it stops a small part of my jeans from getting wet but seems to deflect the water into my upper thighs which are then soaking wet

They've got a new Brooks-fit one now I think.
I bought one last week but haven't used it yet. I'm under no illusions as to how much protection it'll provide but for a spare to take out on Summer(!) rides I reckon it'll do the job.

Both of my bikes have brooks swifts, so that's handy to know.
TBH If it keeps the back of my cream rain jacket cleaner then its a bonus,

I've had one for a while now. Seems as though I've had the same experience as everyone else. Does a little, not a lot. Also struggled to fit it on my saddle and have experienced the wet thighs everyone else is talking about. Cheap and fairly discreet though.
Anyone have any experience of these ?
