Bike and frame boxes?

Recently been selling quite a few of my frames and bikes which I need to box up.

My problem is my local bike shop pretty much refuses to keep them for me because of 'health and safety' and whenever I have had a box from me, it's knackered.

The nearest bike shop to me after that is roughly 4 miles away, and with no form of transportation other than a bike or a bus (busses don't run on sundays going to the shop) I have no way of getting them.

Is there any online where I can purchase frame and bike boxes?

I know the manager in LBS fairly well, I give him a fiver and he calls me when he's got a box - a fiver might sound a lot, but they're always in excellent nick, and full of foam padding and those plastic axle-spacer things.

Failing that I just go round the back of supermarkets, pinch cardboard and cobble it together.

Just emailed them if I can maybe purchase 5 at a good price.

Anyone got experience with wheel and frame boxes? Or are they just a standard size?

Feel I should invest in some frame boxes as I'm painting quite a few for clients and I'd like to send them back real nice.
