Archie Wilkinson do the best and cheapest wheels in that size. The business is part of a wheel factory, they can build you a custom wheel with hub gears if you wish also.

Bit of a long shot, but I'm after a 26 x 1 1/4 alloy rear wheel, ideally with a flip flop hub or anything single speed. I've seen a few floating around so I know they exist, if rarely. Weinmann rims were the main ones, I think. Thanks!
P.S. for context, this is what it'll be going on:
(1935 Raleigh Sports that I want to revert to a SS after a PO 'upgraded' it to a Sturmey Archer AW hub in the early 50s)
