Coppi – Reynolds 531 (1978) rebuild

What was your process in getting it looking so good?

Wow, that's an amazing difference! Well done :) Is that a Nuovo Record crankset I spot?

(I heard Autosol does wonders, I need to clean some small rust spots of my Ciocc frame...but it's nowhere as bad as this)

Would not use Autosol on paint, but you sure can polish up any piece of metal to a mirror finish with it.

So who is Pfadi?

Crankset is Nervar copy of Nuovo Record. I dont know about Autosol (first time i see it).
For aluminium polishing i`m using this:

I have sandblast frame and fork, then one coat of metalic color and one coat of varnish. After that im sticking decals (silk screen printed) and one more layer of varnish...

Autosol on paint is fine if you put it on the rag and use a small amount.

great job, but that saddle is shite. Get a better one , a crap saddle can ruin the look of a bike!

Very impressive, how long did the project take?

3 month... but it took so long becouse i have wait my friend who is printing decals. I have print decals for 3 bicycle in same time (Coppi, Allegro & Benotto) and it was printed in 9 color

what's the bottom bracket spindle for that crankset? i have the same one and need a bottom bracket, the one i have is too small...

I have sell that bike, so I do not know exactly.... maybe i can check with guy that have buy it
