Don't really know much about cranks. Can these fit on any bottom bracket or does have to fit your BB? and how do take existing ones off and put a new crankset on?

yep, 48t chain ring and 130bcd.

the bottom bracket must be square taper and you need a crank removal tool, you can get one for less that a tenner.
