I suspect that your drive chain needs a check over. Pedals tight on the bb, rear dérailleur working as it should. It's been windy enough down in London for a gust of wind from behind to give a feeling of 'slack' to pedalling.
I'm feeling a bit slack too. I went out for a coffee with a mate and her boy this morning, had a haircut, and did some shopping for supper. Then came home and had a packet of prawn crisps and a beer for lunch. Still sitting on the sofa 4 hours later, having read up a bit of Family Law in a Sundayish way.
<<slacker.

Tighten the sprocket on to the hub as hard as you can then tighten the shit out of the lockring. Go for a ride up as big a hill as you can find without applying any backwards pressure to the pedals then tighten the lockring again. Should sort you out.
