Hmmmm I'd definitely say that was bigger, especially looking at the height of the head tube.

16.4 cm
59 cm to bottom of seat post clamp
seat tube cc measurement is bb to where seat stays join tube
top tube is c-c measurement

These are fabulous frames - lighter than the next version on with carbon rear tubes.

My Dream versions a such a comfy responsive ride.
