Measurements wise a virtual toptube would probably help.
Measure from the top of the headtube horizontally to the seatpost and you'll have the virtual TT.

Hi all,
got a Massi M-carbon for sale. It's a brand-new bike, never ridden.
Full shimano 105 groupset, full carbon frame + forks, Massi cockpit, Fulcrum wheels. Lovely bike. I was saving it for the summer but there are other bike projects I'd to pursue. It came into my possession after purchasing it off a chap who bought it back in 2011 and had a heart attack so he can't ride bikes anymore. This bike has never been used, not even sat on. There is not a single scratch, dent or even as small as a scuff, absolutely nothing. Size is 44cm BB centre to top, 50cm centre to centre TT length, but I have no idea how you go about sizing carbon frames, I ride a 54cm steel frame and it fits me fine.
RRP of this bike is £1700, I'd like £800.
It's exactly the same as this:
