For Sale: Charge/halo wheel, On one bars

i have two items, the not so white items

1) Rear charge wheel, with a halo cover or whatever it is (in picture) it has been sprayed white, not a very good paint job, the bracking surface is half white half silver (paint can just be scrapped off easily) some spoke nipples are white, and one or two spokes are white near the nipple (cant be seen until up close). Has no sproket or lockring and no wheel nuts. 700x20c i believe but fits 23c. £40 > £30 > £25

2) On-One dropped bars, dont even know what theyre called. if any needs measurements, let me know how i measure them haha. Ill wrap them in not so white bar tape if neccessary, or ill take them off. let me know. £20 > £10
