This is such a great bike.
I wish I had the reddies to afford it -

Well, this was sold and packed up a fortnight ago but despite assurances that payment was on it's way it's all gone quiet.
So, anyone fancy it?

I'd love it, if I was slightly taller. And I'm only down the road from you.
The saddle height in the photo is pretty high. Any idea what it is, centre of BB to top of saddle ? I know its all packed up now, so you might not be able to measure.

Unfortunately, as you say, it is already packed so can't easily measure. It is one of the smaller of my bikes - what height are you and what size do you normally ride?

Lovely bike.
How tall are you Ed ?Many thanks for the kind words.
I'm 6'2" tall but seem to ride large for my height as taller friends ride smaller frames. The Colnago fit fine for a cross bike and reckon it would easily suit 6' to 6'4" tall (aside - I wonder how tall Marcel Dujin is?).

Hey Big_Ted. I just bought your old bike from Jim. I'm trying to track down some info. Do you remember what the sticker on the seat tube just behind the chain set said or was? Maybe Columbus tubing? I cant quite make it out in the pic and its washed off. Cheers, Steve.
Got to make space so this is on the line. Fantastic bike but it's really not getting used at all so better it go to a new home and let me actually be able to get into the shed.
59x59 ex-Rabobank team (Marcel Duijn) Colnago cyclocross bike. Only changes from when I got it were to replace the sticky STIs with aero levers and barend shifters and new tape. Currently has road tyres fitted. Groupset is Dura Ace and mainly the team issue stuff with the large 'Shimano' decals on cranks and seatpost.
Bike is used so not as pristine as in the photos but the only real blemish is the fork (steel) that needed to be gently straightened by my LBS (accedited 753 builder so they know what they are doing). There's a big gusset on the downtube and no signs of damage at all - the bike tracks true and is very responsive in singletrack. I'm best part of 16 stone and I've ridden it offroad since the straightening with no problems.
I'm in Hereford in terms of viewing/collection.
