Cheap bike parts?

Just came across this page on ebay. Selling leader frames for £60? Just posting on here to see if anyone could enlighten me on why they're selling for this price? Probably too good to be true but you never know

I'm guessing they're just selling the frames for what their worth, leaders aren't very good frames.

Mine and my lad's track bikes are built around Leader frames. We've got no complaints and have found then good value for money.

Customs most likely would not let something like this slip under there nose as well. No idea how much it would actually end up costing considering postage as well.

When importing from outside the EU you need to allow for:-

1) Import duty of 4.7% on bicycle parts, which is applied to (cost-of-goods + shipping-cost), and
2) VAT of 20% which is applied to (cost-of-goods + shipping-cost + import-duty)
3) If the final delivery service in the UK is ParcelForce then they add another £8.50 (or thereabouts) as 'Admin Fee'.

Sometimes packages attract the attentions of HM Custons & Excise, and sometimes they don't. Best to cater for worst case though. :(
