I have no idea what happened, someone's facebook profile is not the best place to learn of their death.

His profile is filling up with RIP messages since last night.

When I checked my facebook this morning, I found a friend request from Steff from a few days, and then discovered the news on his timeline. Wierd.

Too many suicides amongst young men. Tragic.

Oh, that's so awful.

I last saw him at the BFF. He told me he'd just got a new job abroad with one of the blue-chip companies (something like spotify, amazon or something) and he was leaving soon. Think I owe him a beer from that night.

He was truly one of the most pleasant guys to bump into and you'd always run into him at random places. Had a great taste in music too.

This is truly aweful. We need to talk more.

Rest in Peace Steff, we love you.

just 2 weeks ago Steff came to my flat to mend the computer I am using now.
a computer he had built for me and given to me for free in the first place,
he spend 3 and a half hours here, endlessly patient and helpful as always.

he told me he was moving to Sweden, to work at Spotify, we talked about it for ages. he had had some sadness in his personal life.

I can't comprehend this. Steff was just magnificent.
Steff, I am going to miss you.

Incredible. I met Steff at my first forum beers - he was a perfect introduction to this place. A diamond then and the couple of occasions I met him later. Truly a gent. Awful news.
