Wanted: down tube cable stops chrome

building up a Tomassini and need two chrome cable stops preferably Campagnolo if poss. Didnt realize how difficult it would be to find these. Please help!

Do you the ones with adjusters for use with ergos or a double cable stop for use with bar end levers?

They are on ebay as cable stops, not sure you'll find chrome campag ones which tend to be black painted or even resin! spits. Shimano do ally/chrome ones.
