I've got this. Genuine NOS 50s frame.
22" c-t, BB threading is BSC. Brazed on outer cable guides (NOT cable stops) on right of the down tube, atop the BB shell plus a further one on the chainstay. Front fork spacing is 87mm, rear is 102.5mmUnfortunately there is a bit of a hiccup in that the fork steerer appears to be too short by an inch or so (it falls just short of level with the upper headset cup), at first I thought it might be to do with it having been designed for a headclip headset from that era but that is something I know little about tbh. I'm not entirely sure why it appears too short but it came with the frame from the old boy I'd bought it from. Maybe the wrong size fork placed with the frame (think he had a shop or some such in the past) but whatever the reason unfortunately you'd need either a longer steerer welding on or replace the fork altogether which would be a shame.
There are headset cups in place and inner races for top & bottom plus upper headset components (ring & nut) so only bearings required. The fork crown race is also present.
Forks are not drilled for newer type brakes as the brakes on these were clamped onto the fork legs but you could in theory drill the fork to take some modern brakes. There is a nut behind the fork to fit a mudguard and the rear stay bridge is drilled from above which again will be for a mudguard and the old style brakes(though many just had coaster brakes in any case). No eyelets front or rear.
Think the seatpost diameter is 25.4mm, certainly bigger than 25mm by a fair way & equally smaller than 26.2 but I will get a more accurate measurement.
Wheel size wise this will take 27" & 700C rims
the only identifying mark is on the (right side) seat-tube lug is HB310928, potentially this could be a 50s Raleigh but that is purely guessing.
Let me know if interested

I have a gazelle ladies frameset, not straight down tube, or loopy.
It has a dog leg on it.

22.5 Seat post to headset Both center to center.
In a fetching shade of brown.
This also has a lock built onto the seat stays. (Key inc, and it works)
Seatpost, Side stand, bottom bracket, headset and the gazelle branded front lamp all inc.
£15 plus postage£
I am building a bike for my girlfriend for Christmas and just need to source a frame, as everything else is coming together nicely.
However the perfect frame is proving tricky - she loves the look of loop (i.e. curved TT) frames. I am looking for a nice looking vintage frame, about 56cm or 22", ideally English thread BB. Poor condition paint would be ideal as I plan to paint it anyway.
Wide-ish rear spacing would be good as I have a hub gear, but not essential, sure I can work something out...
Any offers, anyone?
