Wanted: 650c front wheel

after a tumble involving a particularly dopey pedestrian running onto the road, i'm in need of a new front wheel. Nothing particularly fancy required, preferably shallow-ish section rim and a clincher, although not adverse to a tub. Silver hub/spokes and black rim ideally, but no fussy.
Anything gathering dust and taking up valuable space?

i have a Mavic 24h hub on 650 Wolber tub rim, close to new, with new tub not yet taped on, tape is applied to rim you can see it there sticking out ready to peel and attach tyre.

Clincher, good, strong wheel, running true.
Can include an as new rubino tyre and tube for extra £5 if required.

That mavic/wolber is really nice, but I'm going to have to go the practical option.
