Hey mate, got an Italian road frame, stripped and partially shaved but not rebuildable. Can add pics tonight? It's got original forks and used to be Legnano I believe.

Hi. Sorry for my ignorance, but what do you mean by shaved?

Had its cable runners removed. Still got downtube shifter mounts, bottle cage mounts and gear hanger. It has some nice lugging and detail on the BB and fork crown

Shaved, is that what is called i have a De Rosa and someone [ie a stupid bastard] has 'shaved' off the brake cable guides.....i'd offer it to you otherwise......Ferrari red and lots of chrome!.....though if someone did renovate it.....could sell it for £600+!

I call it 'shaving' because of the car modification of shaving off the door handles. It could be something else to everyone other than ma haha!

Understandable dude, it's extra work that a lot I people don't fancy doing. Either getting them re-brazed on or buying the clamp on parts.

To be honest it's a NOS, or as close to, frame that would be the easiest thing for me.

Hi, I'm looking for a lugged, lightweight, steel frameset or complete bike.
I'm looking for something around a 58cm and with 130mm rear spacing.
Must be in very good condition or cheap for refurbishing.
I'm located in both Northern Ireland and Wales so must be willing to post.
Many thanks, Ben.
