Would be interested in the cranks, chain ring and rear cog/free wheel if you end up splitting

Same as the link in every way, except for the tyres. And the fact it is in the expected condition for a bike that is four years old.
If I break it I'll let you know first spud. Gonna stick the whole thing on eBay first though and see how I fare.
Since the management has decreed I'm only allowed the one bike until we find a flat bigger than a cupboard, I'm (reluctantly) selling my 2010 Kona Paddy Wagon.
It's completely stock as listed on Evans below with the exception of 100 mile old 23mm Conti Gatorskins and a new rear innertube. No pedals. It was bought from Wiggle in 2010 and shipped to me in Tokyo. I brought it back with me in May and have had it completely overhauled at BLB and since done 120-odd miles on it.
The only sticking point (ahem) is that I can't move the seat post. I don't have any of the tools/potions to give it a try so I don't know how stuck it is, but I'm giving warning that it might be a five minute job with a clamp or it might be a hacksaw marathon.
I'll upload some pictures soon as I can. Collect from Brixton or Shoreditch for the princely sum of £250.
