So it turns out I need a new flatmate from 10 Dec.
W2 Paddington/Hyde Park/Lancaster Gate. PM me for proper details.
It's a bit £££ but the place is huge and you'll be sharing with just me and my bikes.

I should mention this flatmate position is jinxed. The person who moves in with me will, within 2-3 years meet the girl/boy of their dreams, move out of here, in with them, get married, and have kid(s). srsly.

Yeah, sigh. I've just been on the various boards and people are after places in the £600 mark. With mine at £825, plus council, plus bills it's like boom!

If this was a little bit cheaper I'd bite your arm off, but still as people have said I think it's fairly priced for the location.

So in my hunt for the new flatty... wizard of oz!

Practically. his gf is preggers. this is his base while he sells his current London flat (settles soon), buys in Brighton and moves in with her there.
