Most dropouts are shared by several different brands because they are made in the same factory in the far east.
Your one looks a lot like the same kind of shape Ridgeback or some Kona dropouts are - I am sure if you took the frame to a bike shop and tried a few you would find one that would fit.
If there is no shop nearby you could try your luck with one of these mail order:

Hi gang,
I've managed to snap my dropout and leave half of it on the road.
The frame is a a Flanders Cyclocross team replica (I think, bought it 3rd hand).
Struggling to find any decent info on part numbers, can anyone help out?
