I bought a vernier caliper the other day from a £1 shop!

This was after asking in several serious hardware shops and B&Q and each place not having a clue what one was.

Funniest response from the owner of one 'hardware shop' "oooooooohhhhhh that's one of them thingy stands that painters use to stand on isn't it?????....."

Just bought the Zeus forks, they are beautiful full chrome (half painted over) and defo for 700's... only prob is my frames already pretty tight and the clearance is in the negatives.
