Psychotic Waitrose truck driver

Actively tried to kill me as he turned left into me at the delivery road round the back of Cavendish Square.
It's ok though because he was beeping and flashing his lights as he shot past me slamming on the brakes whilst edging very close to me. I was travelling at a fair speed so he had to turn sharpish to try and kill me.
"You are fucking kidding me, you cunt!" was my reply whilst slamming on the brakes. Cycled round the truck and landed a good kick to the side of it. My psycho starts screaming I start screaming, get off my bike " Come on then yuo big man in your fucking truck, let's have it"
He gets out and advance towards me, sees I am not backing down and perhaps thinks better of it as he is right outside the delivery doors at this point. What a fucking cunt.
I didnt get his number plate but I am writing to Waitrose/John Lewis now to report him.

make sure it's polite, good thing it got Waitrose written on the side.

be honest, if your story of doing a Ferrari collaborated with the driver's story, then Waitrose is likely to be on your side.

Oh yes I will write a nice polite email when I have calmed down. Keep my emotions in check. Explain it rationally. Waitrose are a responsible company, I'd hope they take this thing seriously. No mention of Ferraris or Lamborghinis etc.

Waitrose are more likely to actually do something about it too. I'm sure they'll be able to ID the driver.

You could take exactly the opposite view. In these economicaly straitened times jobs belong to those who deserve them.

The man is supposed to be a professional driver and uses his company vehicle in an agressive and dangerous fashion not only endangering you but bringing his company into disrepute. Does he deserve the job just because he has it or should someone else get it?

Actions have consequences and drivers need to fucking know it.

I wonder if it's the same Waitrose van that I saw driven maniacally along Torrington Place a few months back. It all happened in a flash and I never did get around to writing to them with time/location. Hope you hear something positive.

At least you would have been killed by a lorry carrying a better class of groceries and some jolly nutritious muesli. They could have taken you cold dead body away in a "Lifetime Bag".

I still haven't written to them yet. I'm too busy at work and have no time at home. I must put something together though as you are all right. Drivers like that will end up killing or injuring someone soon.

Definitely Waitrose. Must stress that it was not a van but a big 7 ton HGV. The sort that would easily wipe you out. I wouldn't have go so upset if it was a van because if you get hit by one of those it's not the end of the world.
