I'll have an unlocked(bought from apple sim free) 16gb 4s for sale tomorrow, only selling as I am picking up a 5. In great nick, had it for 18 months, its had a case on it it's entire life and a screen protector for about 12 months. Has some tiny scratches on the screen from 6 months with no screen protector but barely noticeable, was alway only item in my pocket (no keys or change), can only see these angled at the sun. Can rustle up the box and the (in great nick) USB cable but can't find the wall plug. Can also throw in some screen protectors and the case it's in.

Can take some pics. No idea what it's worth, what's a fair price? Edit: just looked on some sites , going for around 300...

Would prefer a 4s to be honest. Im sure you could get around 300 to be honest, but does seem a tad pricey, especially on this site, when they can be bought cheaper here:

Yeah, you're probably right - prob take £280. And you get to see it first and I found the USB wall plug so it comes with the box, adapter, USB cable. Might start my own thread as I now need to pay off this iphone 5 :)
