Wanted: Touring bike or frame

Hi,
I'm looking for a vintage touring bike or frame. Something like Lotus, Nishiki, Centurion or a british classic would be perfect, but I'm also open to other offers.
Requirements:
- Steel frame
- Seattube length ctc 60-62cm
- Eyelets for mudguards

I'm after one too. Currently riding a Charles Pelissier 6 speed, pretty heavy frame and not enough gears for long, hilly rides tbh.

Can get him going pretty fast but have learned my lesson and would be happy to ride something born after the 1960's which is steel, lighter and has all the bosses etc..55/56cms up and across would do nicely : -)

Maybe Tarts would like mine if Tarts doesn't mind riding with knees in armpits...
