I had a mint condition Villiger Eagle, the original designers. Vitus sold the frame under licesne and put their own designation to it
Mine had full 8 speed Dura Ace, shame it was too bloody small :o( -

Thank you for the info, Mr Bumb, thought that Vitus was the original designers.

Hi there,
I'm really interested in the Colnago frame and fork. Do you think it would sand down and re-paint?
Also, what's the weight like?
Thanks very much
Joe -

Hi, Joe
Sure it would sand down and re-paint- it's all that's needed.

Fork: 750g

Hello,
I've got few professional road frame-sets for sale.
The first one is a Vitus ZX1 carbon-alluminium composite frame-set with original Mavic head-set and bottom bracket. The bottom bracket spins perfectly and the headset is a bit worn on the bottom side but still spins good.
Frame has been used a lot so it's got a lot of paint scuffs, but no dents or cracks. I've been riding it for couple of weeks and i can testify it's rides great.
The only thing is that the original seat clamp is missing but I have an ugly substitute (see in photos).
Seat tube: 55.5cm c-t
Top tube: 55cm c-c
Head tube: 10.5cm
O.L.D.: 126mm
BB: Mavic 610

The second one is a very nice Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra Columbus SLX road frame and fork. Well used with nice patina and one big paint scuff on the seat tube (you can hide it with a bottle). All straight and no dents.
Seat tube: 59 c-c, 60cm c-t
Top tube: 58cm c-c
Head tube: 16cm
O.L.D.: 126mm

Third frame-set is a Colnago "something", not Columbus SLX (imho). It's very Colnago like style and similar to mid 80's Colnago Super. Frame is after sanding, a few very small dings on frame and forks and a scuff on the right front fork.
