Wanted: Bike Box: hard case, able to fit a 64cm frame

I'm going to new zealand, you probably all know by now.

I'm in need of a hard-cased bike box for air freighting my 64cm bike over to Christchurch. I'm looking to either borrow, rent or buy a case depending on price/arrangements.

Not concerned about visual appearance (in fact the tattier the better) but must be strong, have no cracks in casing and able to fit the bike, wheels (one pair) and some gubbins (poss clothes but at least helmet & shoes).
