Wanted: Beat up 120 quill stem.

I'm after a 120 quill stem that I won't feel guilty about sanding down to fit in a French steerer (22.2 - 22mm).
I'm going to be using 25.4 bars but I can shim the clamp so 26 or 26.4 is fine.
This will probably be a temporary fix until I can find the right stem.
Ideally a Cinelli 1a or clone.
Y'know, classic?

Or if anyone has a nice 120 French stem they want to sell....

Thanks, I just bought a nice Philippe bars and stem combo which I hope will work out.
