Hi.
Did you keep Mu's original coaster brake and handlebars?
Thanks -

No, I got the bike cheaply by leaving the other parts with the seller...

I'm in luff with that Pompino frame. That setup is so close to the next build that I have had in my head. Beaten to the dibs though... Curse you!

Hi, what pedals have you got on the Dahon?

Tea_Bee - glad you like it! I wanted to do something with the pompino to make it look less anaemic and spindly, something that that complemented the dekerf "inspired" wishbone. My only disappointment was that I hadn't anticipated that a 403mm fork with 38mm rake would make the geo more relaxed than I would have liked. As I said above, I intended to trim the headtube to take a little slack off but never got around to it and the money I was saving for a pair of geometry correct, UD carbon disc forks ended up going towards buying a whole new bike . If anything falls through I'll give you a shout
Craciunptr - there's always room for a folder, they're like after-dinner mints...

Did you end up selling that Mu Uno?
Due to an over-abundance of bicycle frames in my life (and Gizmonds ridiculously cheap Steamroller deal) I've got to shed a little load.
First up is my workhorse, matt black powdercoated Pompino in large with a Gusset Jury SL trials fork, all unneccesary brazing has been removed from frame and fork leaving only the disc mount.
It's lived but it's structurally sound with no dents, the forks would survive a nuclear strike. I always intended to shave a few cm off the bottom of the head tube to compensate for the increased height of the fork but the bike rode well enough anyway so I never bothered. The disc brake and the headset are not included in the sale. £70.
Second my Mu Uno fixed gear conversion, very good condition, Goldtech 28 hole double fixed at the back, Profile bars and a syntace lever at the front makes for a nippy little mini fixed.
It didn't get anywhere near the use I intended as I built a road bike at the same time and my train related laziness was negated by the convenience of gears. £235
