Wanted: Track Frame and Forks for 6'1" rider ~ £100

I'm after a modern 58" aluminium frame with track ends and carbon forks ideally for £100.

Alternatively I'd buy a full bike for £200-250.

I've seen a few Langsters going for these prices on eBay so I'm hopeful this is going to work out.

£100 frame, £250 bike, or anything (eg, £200 frame, forks headset, stem and saddle) in the middle.
