My all time favourate is a candy apple red Crumpton. Bare unidirectional carbon fiber, with a translucent red coat.

With several different flavours of bike porn, not to mention lug porn, wrap porn, tool porn, knife porn (!), massive crank ring porn (!!) and even diesel porn (?), the lack of a paint porn thread is an obvious gap in the market.
I love the uber-cool, understated pinstriping of Cromaworks, which doesn't detract from Harry of Field Cycles work:

At the other end of the spectrum is Dario Pegoretti who does the paint on his own frames: mostly abstract graphics and cut & paste images he can also turn his hand to more classic schemes:
