Im not sure this qualifies itself as a beater/pub bike. It's not covered in rust, has carbon, shimano 105, and costs more than 50 quid.
But good luck with the sale!

This looks pretty slick for a beater.
Selling my trusty commuter since it unfortunately gets zero use anymore. Specs and pics are below, but PM if you need anymore details.
Sizing:
TT = 54cm (c-t-c)
ST = 50 cm (c-t-t)
Spec:
Frame - 4130 cromoly steel track frame (double butted)
Fork - Deda blackforce (1" alloy steerer, carbon legs)
Wheels - 700c Omega mach 1 rims on sealed bearing hubs
Tyres - 23mm road tyres, something like schwalbe blizzards
Brake calipers - Front is silver tiagra, rear is black 105
Brake levers - Shimano R550 cross tops
Cranks - 165mm arms, 42t chainring
Pedals - Clear plastic bmx flats
Stem - 80mm ahead
Bars - Generic low risers
Grips - Grey ourys
Seatpost - Alloy layback
Saddle - Charge spoon (or could do a black BLB fly)
The frame is actually yellow and covered in stickers, but at the moment its fully wrapped with black electrical tape because I wanted to tone it down a bit (would only be a couple of mins work to remove the tape). Wheels are recently trued by LBS, and the whole bike runs sweetly with no issues. It will get a wash before leaving too.
