Shit news Becky
Was it here or in Cambridge? -
• #4
Noooooo!
We will hopefully manage to hunt them down and kill them several times over in the face. Bastards!
Do you reckon it was an inside job then, if it was your side of the gates?
-

Absolutely Horrible - Had one nicked off my property a year ago and was gutted!
I'll keep eyes peeled if you lost it in Cambridge.
-

Gutter. Not exactly going to be hard to spot if it is still around Cambridge, fingers crossed.

Poor booboo I will be out on patrol tomorrow keeping my eye out and ear to the ground!

My bike is returned to me!
(well, all bar pedals and bars)
It was left abandoned and a couple of guys thought 'huh free scrapped bike' stripped it and rode it with parts on their bikes and I saw it go past my bike shop window and thought 'that looks familiar' and my friend raced after them and caught them up and they gave all they had of it back and we rebuilt their bikes and mine. The guys were so lovely about it too, really nice people.
Happy, lucky, ending.
(Hi if you're on here)
Thanks for the help/sympathy by the way everyone, and I don't know about inside job but the neighbourhood watch man saw a couple of youths hanging around peering through gates so hmm. -

my friend had a bike pinched from her back garden, they came through the gate and took it, end of!
i'm sure that i had seen this bike with a lady riding it a few weeks ago towards trumpington.... -

Well I am a lady... Who lives in Cambridge... So you might just have seen me riding my own bike?

Hello IKnowHowToWhistle! I literally just got on to lfg and remembered you guys from the summer (im one of the guys who utterly dismantled your bike!) and forgot to thank you guys properly for the tyre and innertube! Anyway I hope shes still in your possession and you guys are doing ok.

Hahah, that's okay! No worries, and I understand that the torrential rain meant you didn't return to get your bb fixed too! Yeah, she's back in London with me now, happily spinning around. Hope you guys are okay too and that you had a good barbie!
So some wanker took my bike the one time I left it unlocked in my front garden (gated, within a gated estate thing, bastard luck).
It's a singlespeed (surprise, surprise) with anodized pink hubs and Mavic open sport rims, Bonti tyres, black Sturmey cranks, black Gussett saddle and riser bars, black Odi grips
and a mint-choc-chip ice cream green frame with nervex lugs.
She is my baby and I love her so if you see anyone other than me riding her/see her locked up around town please help me out and throw some D-locks.
