Bath cycle track at the Tumps needs local support...

A great thing for the area but needs support. They have the funding and planning but there are some objects by yokels. This would be in addition to the excellent BMX track. In the 40s there was a proper velodrome there.

How useful is it for those of us who are not residents to comment on the planning application? Will it look like it is being spammed by out-of-towners? Or supported by a wide range of people?
