Dolan Track Champion Track Ends

I'm trying to remove the track ends from my Dolan before I have it sent off to be painted.

I can't for the life of me find an allen key that fits - I've tried 2.5mm and 3/32" but they're both too small, with the next sizes up in both measures too big.

I've emailed Dolan twice with no reply and I want to know if anyone has any ideas before I cart it off to my LBS.

are they not torque head bolts, and not a regular allen key (just guessing)

I doubled checked just to see if I'd been completely blind but definitely Hex/Allen key.

could that be the issue ?

Dolan are a UK company, ring em and ask.

Could your 2.5mm or 3/32" allen keys be worn? Sizes that small don't stand up to use and abuse very well.

I bought a (big) set of decent allen keys brand new for this build, so no, but it's a sound idea. Thanks for your help.

I think I'm going to ring them now!
