Just watched the seeding, two massive crashes but hopefully no bad injurys, commentators kept things light but evidently know their stuff. Referred to the French competitor as "smooth as garlic butter" or somthing similar.

you can get it on line and on te red button if you got digital set top box if its not on main bbc, but should be on main tv starts at 3pm

I watched yesterdays BMX, awesome racing, I will put some pics up shortly
Between races they had some lads doing some stunts, which were just as awesome as the racing. -
