I would like to see it if before making any offer, if that is fine for you. I realize that you changed many components by good new ones. The frame, nevertheless, is a bit old (which should not be a problem if it has been taken care of).
I though you were based in borough. If that is the case I could go any evening. If you are in greenwich I may prefer to wait until the weekend.
