Wanted: bolt cutters

hi all
I need some of bolt cutter to cut the lock pictured here

as the key doesn't seem to work any longer and i need to get the frame any ideas

it's quite a cheap lock ,it's used in my communal lock up.

Those locks are shit. Get between the segments and you can probably do them with plastic cutlery.

Easy peasy, but Aldi or Lidl had bolties last time I went in so it may be worth checking, but a blunt saw would probably work too..
