If it was me I would just buy the on-one ones (as they did/do me fine and I don't really think there is a great deal of difference) or Novatec because Mdcc_tester recommended them once and he seems to know his shit.

i'd buy as good a quality as you can afford
hubs are one of the bits of the bike that takes the most stick

Maybe, but the budget's £60.
Is there actually any difference between on-one, surly, dia compe, etc. etc. etc. ?
As long as you've got hubs with sealed cartridge bearings, and you replace them as needed surly they'll be fine(?). From what I can see you need to make a jump up to the Goldtech/Phil/Royce level before there's much difference...
...and even then I think some of it may be hype.
(that said the 70's campag pista hubs I had were loooooovely #buysintohype)

By the way do you know if you can get any bike wheel hubs with roller bearings in as the small ball bearings in wheel hubs seem to wear out so fast. I had to change the hub of my back wheel after just six months of cycling. I know that roller bearings last far long than ball bearings.
Just got myself an h+son eero rim, looking to build it up very soon.
Wanted some recommendations on what hub to get.
Hub requirements:
32h
Black
Fixed/ fixed (preferred)
