This happened in April but we have only just heard about it. Another life wasted for no apparent reason. A cyclist killed while working on his paper round.

On Tuesday TfL told the BBC that there had been nine deaths so far this year, now we know them all. We used to get regular updates from TfL but that stopped after the first Bow fatality.
