For Sale: 50mm carbon tubular wheels

These were purchased as a complete wheelset from Farsports (www.Farsports.cn) and have ~500 miles on them from new.

They have only ever been used with Reynolds Cryo Blue pads, with which the braking has been excellent.

Specification:

• Superlight 50mm rims, 20 front and 24 rear
  
• Sapim CX-Ray spokes (black)
  
• Hubsmith superlight hubs with ceramic bearings
  
• Shimano/SRAM freehub body
  
  

1,112g on my scales- very light, especially for a 50mm deep wheelset.

Currently they have Continental Competitions glued on, but I'll probably keep those unless the buyer really wants them.

Forgot to say- these have a standard freehub body (unlike the other wheels I am selling) so will take 9 speed, or a 10 speed cassette with the standard spacer.

Can these be converted to clinchers?

no

With a powerful enough glue, anything is possible.

Advisable, maybe not.

Possible to change freehub to fit campag?

I'm pretty sure you can, most of the Chosen/Novatec/Taiwanese hubs are designed to be able to swap between freehubs easily.

I'd far prefer that the buyer came and had a look at them, then took them away to be honest.

If they don't sell locally then I'll post them out.
