I think it's great. Next step is obviously 20'', which they could then stick a freewheel on and call, I dunno, BMX?

Personally I don't mind but the smaller the wheels the bigger the gearing needs to be if you don't want to be so spinny. If they don't mind, then fine.
Also, I am a hater of the bmxers who are like just ride a bmx, but in all honesty FGFS is sort of turning into bmxs (as Lolo said). They're not so practical for a cruise as they're sort of just made for jumping about on.

I spose... It just looks weird, but I remember thinking that neg bb's looked fricking stupid.
Im a hypocrite anyway, considering some 26er wheels for my def wish, then might get a 26er frame. Its either that, or get the bb17 serpent.

I think it'll stop at 24'
I don't think I'll ever touch one though. -

When it was 700c wheels and fairly standard frame sizes/seat heights and the bikes could be ridden distances quite comfortably I 'got' it.
Smaller wheels and frames etc is just a natural progression I suppose but to my eyes, has removed some of what fgfs had over bmx.
I also kinda think it's a shame that the bikes have become so specialised because there's probably a lot of people who, like me, enjoyed doing the odd barspin or keo etc but who don't want to own a dedicated fgfs bike and cannot hope to keep up with people doing fgfs on dedicated bikes now.
Edit: just looked back through the Trick Bike Porn thread, May 2011 was the first time a 26" bike got posted in there as far as I can see. Wonder what everyone will be riding in another year's time?!

I'd ride one, just for fun but couldn't justify it for the price it would cost.

Yeah i think 24" is probably going a bit too far for me, i wasnt a huge fan of 26" and negative BB so ive gone back to V1 trick bikes 700c and a regular BB drop. The only drawback is you cant land a double peg grind, but ive stopped using pegs and pedal grind if i want to grind. http://vimeo.com/57290373
There probably will be a swing back to a more track type trick bike as FGFS finds its own style, fixed specific tricks mixed with some bmx flow -
