08.37 southbound on the south side, a young lady off her bike but sitting up in middle of the road by white line with a white van and a motorbike on the floor nearby. Police already on scene and ambulance just arriving as I passed going north.

Sitting up is a phrase I like in this context. Heal up soon Mrs. Hope it's not too bad. Hope the Motorbike rider is safe too.
