they'll be fine, just make sure you use the right crown race.

I have read somewhere that the crown race does not reach the bottom of the steerer leaving a gap between the headset and fork. Do the specialised have some kind of rubber seal that creates this gap on non integrated headset?

I've put 3,000 miles on my road bike with this gap, never had any issues. Requires a clean more often as grit can more easily enter the gap between headtube and fork but otherwise fine.

You can make your own seal using an old inner and some rubber glue.
Hi,
I've found some specialized fact carbon forks that interest me on eBay, however, they seem to be from a bike with an integrated headset. Would these forks fit/work with a cartridge headset? Both are 1"1/8.
Thanks
Greg
