For Sale: Team Raleigh Record Bike Minus Wheels and Saddle

For sale is a Raleigh Team Record ( http://www.bikeforums.net/archive/index.php/t-352111.html has some info)

Main points:

56cm top tube; 58cm seat tube
531 tubing
Weinmann brakes and levers
Shimano 600 Arabesque gears
GB bars and stem

Paint is chipped here and there.

Worst part is rear wheel has impacted on the chain stays causing paint to come off.

NOT INCLUDED: Brooks Saddle or front wheel - more than welcome to the back but its pretty heavy and out of true.

Preferably collection from Brixton / South Beers / Clapham North / Clapham High Street.

Asking £50 but keen for it to be used.

531 frame??? What makes you think that?

For the Hi-Ten model, which I'm thinking this is, £50 is reasonable.

Actually bars and stem are nice and gearset is alright too.....still don't think it's 531 though. Hey ho it's only £50.

Hi Matt,

 Could you please measure the seatpost and let me know what size it is? I have the same frame and am struggling a bit to establish if I need a 26.0mm and plenty of elbow grease, or something a bit smaller like 25.8mm.
