Due to life changing circumstances for sale are a few things I can no longer justify keeping.
Pickup Hackney or Leyton areas.

Lo-pro f+f, 54.5 cm effective top tube, 48cm c-c seat tube.
531c tubing with Reynolds lugs.
Track ends, front and rear brake holes so can be used for fixed or single speed with no issues.
Nice Omas headset included.
Lovely little frame, paint work has issues, probably needs to be seen.

Dw jogger I'm just poor as well, spent too much on bikes recently! Wheels and frame are priced well IMO
But yeah a little drop on the carradice and bagman is probably in order, although both items really hold their value and sell for good prices 2nd hand, just not that much fella

Quite how they can charge £38 for a bit of plastic and bent coat hanger I don't know, but it's not the standard 'just a bent coat hanger' version.
