Perfecting guards fit

Being anal and perfecting my mudguards fitting.. What do you call the strips of metal with a hole in either end?
I need some to put the guards nearer the tyre under the fork and have no idea what to call it/ where to look..sjs cycles failed me

Do you mean one of these bad boys? This is a mudguard stay bridge that are rivetted onto the mudguard itself which ultimately help adjust your stays to get the mudguard closer or further away from your tyres...

No, I need something to fix to that at one end and the brake bridge/ fork at the other end..
