Pics of the wheels when new (they look the same now just with a bit of dirt on, I'm sure you can get the picture)
It's a Ventura coaster hub and Surly front hub laced to Mavic A119 rims. Tyres not included.
Frame is built for 27" wheels.

Very old for sale thread, frame long gone, but just to clarify these were 3 speed drop bar bikes for youths with old 26" size wheels, i.e. 26 x 1 3/8" = 590mm. I know because I had one as a lad in the 1970s, but I guess you could probably fit 700c sans mudguards with short drop brakes...
