Wanted: Quill to ahead adapter

I'd like a quill to ahead adapter to make my tandem a little more practical. For cheaps, if possible as this bike doesn't deserve serious financial investment. What've you got?

I have a Deda converter in matt silver if that's any use to you - a fiver? I could drop off in Peckhaaaam (ish) tomorrow as I commute up to town from SE23.

I'm new to this whole olde style quill lark - will that mean I end up with a 1 1/8 steerer to play with?

I have an orrible feeling that I've no longer got the shim that would give you a 1 1/8" steerer, just 1". But I could probably include a 1" ahead stem if that helps (and if I can find it).

Ahhh frustrating. have a stem/bar combo set up already, just need a cheaty method of attachment. I shall see what other fish nibble and then get back to you :)
