If you Google them, you'll see you're far from the only one.
The wheels are supposed to be well built if/when you do get them though.

Really shit company.
That said, I brought a fixed wheelset from them and got it trued in my shop by a mate, and still running fine.
Some weren't lucky and have their wheel build entirely different.

They're based in my home town, and I went to the shop once, shortly before I read about how unpopular they were. They seemed a little suspicious at first, but after that they were really friendly.
I think their level of service is normal for Northwich - if you think Dave Hinde is bad you should try the Post Office.

Anyone who gets their wheels built by the Post Office is just asking for trouble.
Has anyone had any experience with these guys?
I'm not one to name and shame but I'm having such bad service from them. Different excuse every time I call.
