The bad news - the curvy forks are curvy that way cos they've been dinged- the rust marks where the paint broke off when the ding happened is the give away, as well there being no rake on the forks where there should be- the back of the forks should be straight for about 7/8ths of the way down them.
The good news- being good old steel its quite likely/possible to straighten the forks out cold in a vice to the original shape and get the frame going again
Anyone who's dinged forks will know the tell tale signs of the paint broken off.............

are you sure? no stress marks, the paint looks like it has been rubbed off, not due to an impact. no creasing in headtube. also the curve..... really is a curve, its very uniform. i had a chin stroking session with a few mates. it does not look like an impact bend at all.

but i could be wrong......
I have an odd couple. first off:
A very unusual, high quality, ladies dutch bike frame with curvy forks! Head badge: VEENO GED -Bedum- Holland. You get all you see in the picture. But needs to be collected from london fields asap!
I would really like this to go to someone who will build it up and give it a good home, not just stick it on ebay.
a bargain at £25
second:
A little collection of nos tyres, most have nipples on, little grubby from hanging around work shop.
These would be great for a vintage build.
