Wanted: A nice set of Italian tubular tyres

Hey peoples,

So I got my c record hub for my wheels, and now need to source some nice Italian tubs to complete the build - Campag hubs, Italian wooden rims...would be rude not to, right??

So if you have any nice tubs or can recommend a set, hit the thread or send me a PM.

Yup I'm pretty excited, sorted my wheel builder and he's good to go!

Dmczone sent me a link to a listing from Italy ebay, then contacted the seller and went from there :-)

Awesome, those hubs sounds really few and far between as well..

You have plenty of choices there but I'd take some Vittoria or Clement. Good luck with your search :)

Not yet, will be a new experience :-) Can't wait to see how the wood feels too. A friend on here has some wooden clinchers but doesn't rate them as highly as the tubs.

Hi Chris, cheers for the offer but I'm going to go plain black with the tyres. Going to try and keep it toned down :-) and thanks again for your hub..I was wondering if the front was ever going to turn up tbh!
